1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2015 No. 1130 "About system of electronic queue of vehicles at check points and ensuring boundary safety":

in Item 3:

state subitem 3.1 in the following edition:

"3.1. the amount of payment for registration in system of electronic queue of vehicles for entrance to road check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus (further - system of electronic queue) constitutes:

1,5 of basic size, including the value added tax, for each cargo vehicle and the bus;

0,5 of basic size, including the value added tax, for each car in the absence of booking of date of entrance to the road check point through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus and the motorcycle;

15,5 of basic size, including the value added tax, for each car when booking date of entrance to the road check point through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus;";

to state part one of subitem 3.3 in the following edition:

"3.3. part of the money received from collection of payment for each registration in system of electronic queue is listed by the republican unitary enterprise "BELTAMOZHSERVICE" in the following procedure:

to operators of waiting areas for the purpose of ensuring functioning of system of electronic queue in waiting areas - in the amount of 70 percent from the amount of payment specified in paragraphs second and third subitem 3.1 of this Item and from part of the amount of payment specified in paragraph four of subitem 3.1 of this Item, equal 0,5 of basic size. The specified money is listed according to the procedure and the terms established in contracts between the republican unitary enterprise "BELTAMOZHSERVICE" and operators of waiting areas;
