Based on item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2015 "About system of electronic queue of vehicles at check points" and article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2008 No. 419-Z "About Frontier of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 305

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for functioning of system of electronic queue of vehicles for entrance to road check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus, registration in it of vehicles, functioning of waiting areas, and also requirements to their equipment it (is applied).

2. Determine the list of road check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus at which the system of electronic queue of vehicles for entrance to these road check points, and implementation terms to them of this system according to appendix functions.

3. Determine that:

3.1. the amount of payment for registration in system of electronic queue of vehicles for entrance to road check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus (further – system of electronic queue) constitutes 1 basic size for each cargo vehicle and the bus, 0,3 of basic size for each car, the motorcycle and the moped;

3.2. the payment for registration in system of electronic queue is levied for each vehicle driving to the waiting area from one of the following persons:

the transport driver belonging to legal entity or physical person;

physical person or legal entity, being the owner (owner) of the vehicle;

3.3. the republican unitary enterprise "Beltamozhservice" lists part of the money received from collection of payment for registration in system of electronic queue, in the following procedure:
