Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of October 13, 2025 No. 116 "About procedure for determination of estimated cost of construction, commissioning and creation of estimate documentation based on standard rates of expense of resources in kind" the following changes:
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Estimate documentation which development is begun before entry into force of this resolution, but is not complete, according to the decision of the customer, builder can be brought into accord with this resolution.";
in the Instruction about procedure for determination of estimated cost of construction and creation of the estimate documentation based on standard rates of expense of resources in kind approved by this resolution:
to add part one of Item 10 with paragraphs of the following content:
"funds for accomplishment of actions for the address with the waste which is subject to storage, use, neutralization, burial, including use as the isolating layer on subjects to waste disposal;
other means necessary for carrying out running repair (on development of estimate documentation, on conducting the state construction examination of town-planning projects, the project documentation) in case of their reasons in the defective act.";
