Based on article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2007 "About the state social privileges, the rights and guarantees for separate categories of citizens" and parts eight of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 161-Z "About drug circulation" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 239-Z
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for preferential providing with medicines and dressings it (is applied).
2. Establish the list of the diseases granting the right to citizens on free providing with the medicines issued according to recipes of doctors within the list of the main medicines in case of out-patient treatment and also clinical nutrition, according to appendix 1.
3. Determine that forms of the recipe of the doctor on medicines and dressings for preferential, including free, the providing with medicines and dressings (further respectively, unless otherwise specified, - the form of the recipe, the recipe of the doctor) made before entry into force of this resolution are valid before their complete use.
4. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.
5. This resolution becomes effective in three months after its official publication.
