According to part 4 of article 13 of the Federal law "About Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation, Suspension of Action of Separate Provisions of Legal Acts of the Russian Federation and about Establishment of Features of Execution of Budgets of Budget System of the Russian Federation in 2026" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out experiment on accounting of data on the cash amounts which arrived into accounts, deposits (deposits) opened in credit institutions in case of determination of the right of citizens to the monthly allowance in connection with the birth and education of the child established by the Federal Law "About Public Welfare Payments to the Citizens Having Children".

2. Determine that the experiment on accounting of data on the cash amounts which arrived into accounts, deposits (deposits) opened in credit institutions in case of determination of the right of citizens to the monthly allowance in connection with the birth and education of the child established by the Federal Law "About Public Welfare Payments to the Citizens Having Children" (further respectively - experiment, monthly allowance), is conducted concerning the physical persons which submitted to the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 in the territories of the Moscow region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area the statement for purpose of monthly allowance in connection with the birth and education of the child (further - the statement for purpose of monthly allowance), and members of their families.
