About creation of Public organization "Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship"

For the purpose of increase in the positive results noted in development of the sector of the small and medium companies, consolidation of efforts of the Government on implementation of state policy of support of this sector and also based on article 7 of the Law on support of the sector of the small and medium companies No. 206-XVI of July 7, 2006 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 126-130, 605) DECIDES: the Government

1. Create under the Ministry of Economics Public organization "Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship" by reorganization of Fund of support of entrepreneurship and development of the small business created by the Order of the Government No. 659 of October 21, 1993. (Monitor of Parliament, 1993, No. 10, Art. 323).

2. Determine that the Public organization "Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship" is legal successor of Fund of support of entrepreneurship and development of small business.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 13.07.2022 No. 487

4. To the Ministry of Economics in 2-month time to take all necessary measures for reorganization of Fund of support of entrepreneurship and development of small business in Public organization "Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship".

5. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 2.
