For the purpose of implementation of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission "About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011" of May 23, 2025 No. 45, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No. 877:

1. Approve Rules of evaluating compliance of the vehicles imported from the third countries by the legal entity or physical person registered as the individual entrepreneur from the date of whose production there passed no more than 3 years according to appendix.

2. Authorize on work on assessment of conformity of the vehicles imported from the third countries by the legal entity or physical person registered as the individual entrepreneur from the date of whose production there passed no more than 3 years, with issue of the conclusion about assessment of the single vehicle (for the single vehicle) control facilities (laboratories) accredited on the work and issue of the certificate of safety of design of vehicles and included in national part of the Unified register of conformity assessment bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. Vehicles (chassis) which underwent assessment of conformity according to this resolution are subject to release into the stream of commerce, realization, operation and state registration only in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
