This Standard charter of the state and municipal educational organization of secondary professional education (further - the Standard charter) is drafted according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of education and regulates activities of the state and municipal educational organizations of secondary professional education (further - the educational organization).
2. The charter of the educational organization is drafted based on this Standard charter and affirms the founder (founders). The charter of the educational organization may contain also other provisions which are not contradicting this Standard charter and regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
