About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus concerning implementation of ministerial procedures

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 1).

2. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 2).

3. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective in month after its official publication.

 

Appendix 1

to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2026 No. 5

The list of the changes made to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. In the Regulations on registration of citizens at the place of residence and the place of stay approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 7, 2007 No. 413:

in paragraph nine of subitem 4.2 of item 4 of the word "teaching and educational or special medical and educational" to replace with the word "educational" in the corresponding case;

in Item 7:

the fourth parts one and the paragraph the fifth parts three to add the paragraph with words ", except for the case specified in paragraph seven of part one of Item 35-1 of this provision";

part five in paragraph three, the paragraph third part six, parts eight and the tenth to replace the words "teaching and educational organizations, special medical and educational" with the word "educational" in the corresponding case;
