About the single questions connected with goods of electronic trading

According to Item 3 of Article 309-1 and Item 3 of Article 309-8 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also Items 168 and 170 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:

1. Establish single rate of customs duty concerning the goods of electronic trading imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union acquired by physical persons in the amount of 5 percent from the cost of such goods, but at least 1 euro for 1 kilogram, except for separate types of goods of electronic trading concerning which single rates of customs duty according to appendix No. 1 are established.

2. Determine the inventory of electronic trading and (or) types of goods of electronic trading to which provisions of Chapter 43-1 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union are not applied, according to appendix No. 2.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union of the April 11, 2017 signed on December 25, 2023.
