The agreement on financing (Upgrade of utilities in Belarus) between the Republic of Belarus and the European Investment Bank signed in Minsk on July 24, 2019;
The agreement on financing (Expansion of steady power use in Belarus) between the Republic of Belarus and the European Investment Bank signed in London on November 22, 2019.
2. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 1).
