About modification of some the Order of the Government (creation of premises for development and servicing of irrigating systems)

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 198/2013 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of irrigating systems to free use (free use) to irrigational associations (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 56-59, 248), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2 of the resolution of the word to "The agency of the state services" shall be replaced with words to "Public institution" the inventory of real estate"";

1.2. in the Provision:

1.2.1. in all text of the word "Agencies of the State Services" shall be replaced with words "Public institution" the inventory of real estate"";

1.2.2. add with Item 10-1 of the following content:

"10-1. After work on repair, construction / reconstruction on the irrigating systems which are under authority of the host party, the list of the property transferred to free use is subject to updating.";

1.2.3. in Item 15 after words of "the state companies" to add with the words "and National land reclamation agency";

1.2.4. add with Item 15-1 of the following content:

"15-1. In case of implementation of works on repair or construction / reconstruction on the centralized irrigating systems which are under authority of the host party which entailed modification of the list of the property transferred to free use to repeat the procedure of inventory count of property according to Item 15, with observance of the procedures provided in Items 16 and 17.";

1.2.5. add with Item 18-1 of the following content:

"18-1. In case of the conclusion of supplementary agreements to the agreements on free use signed for the term of more than three years, signed by the parties, irrigational associations shall register within three months them in competent divisions of Public institution "Inventory of real estate". For implementation of registration of association submit the following documents:

a) decision on cession of property;
