For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Law on irrigational associations No. 171 of July 9, 2010 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 160-162, of the Art. 588) DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for transfer of irrigating systems to free use (free use) to irrigational associations it (is applied).
