About change of the Regulations on administration of budget classification
According to provisions of article 20 of Item (1) parts (1), articles 27 of Item (2) and Articles of 65 Items (1) - (2) the Law on public finance and tax and budget responsibility No. 181/2014 and for the purpose of enhancement of regulations in the field of budget classification I ORDER:
In the Regulations on administration of budget classification approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 40/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 106-113 of the Art. 617), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In part 5 in Item d) "management of the State Treasury" to replace the text with the text "Head department of the State Treasury".
2. to replace appendix No. 5 "The form of changes of classification of types of activity" with appendix to this order.
3. In the appendix No. 5-1 "Administrator of the Income (AI)" "the Agency Moldsilva" to replace the text with the text "The ministry of the environment"
4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2026 and is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
