1. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 351/2012 about approval of the Regulations on redirection of financial resources within reforming of organizations of internatsky type (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 113-118, 393), with subsequent changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
