About approval of the Regulations on redirection of financial resources within reforming of organizations of internatsky type

Based on provisions of Strategy of the social integration of persons with limited opportunities (2010-2013) approved by the Law No. 169 of July 9, 2010. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 200-201, 660) DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on redirection of financial resources within reforming of organizations of internatsky type it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Public Education, the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family to represent to the Ministry of Finance annually, at development stage of the Mid-term forecast of expenses, and also at stage of project initiation of the government budget the following financial year, the number of beneficiaries of services in inclusive training, the number of the beneficiaries offered for dezinstitutsionalization and also types of services which it should be used.
3. In the field to provide to the central and local authorities of public management with competences implementation of the Regulations on redirection of financial resources within reforming of organizations of internatsky type within the financial resources established annually in the law on the government budget.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Public Education and the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family.
