About modification of the Order of the Government No. 182/2018 about certificates of veterans of war

Based on part (2) article 10 of the Law No. 317/2024 on veterans of war (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 564-568, 786) DECIDES: the Government

1. The order of the Government No. 182/2018 about certificates of veterans of war (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 68-76, 213), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in acceptance formula the text "article 5 of the Law No. 190-XV of May 8, 2003 on veterans (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 84-86, 392), with subsequent changes and amendments," to replace with the text "parts (2) article 10 of the Law No. 317/2024 on veterans of war (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 564-568, 786),";

1.2. in appendix No. 1 the text "The Ministries of Health, work and social protection" shall be replaced with words "Ministries of Labour and Social Protection";

1.3. in appendix No. 2:
