About modification of some orders of the Government (strengthening of institutional and operational potential of PU NBVPOS and reforming of the mechanism of functioning of National ecological fund)

No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1249/2018 about the organization and functioning of public organization "National Bureau on Implementation of Projects in the field of the Environment" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 513-525, 1353), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in the resolution to state Item 6-1 in the following edition:

"6-1. Establish the extreme number of staff of public organization "National Bureau on Implementation of Projects in the field of the Environment" in number of 14 units.";

1.2. in appendix No. 2:

1.2.1. in Item 7 of the word "for the purpose of effective realization" shall be replaced with words "for the purpose of attraction and effective implementation";

1.2.2. state Item 10 in the following edition:

"10. For accomplishment of the NBVPOS functions has the right:

To represent 1) to the founder of the offer on modification of regulatory framework in the areas assigned to it;

To request 2) from the central industry bodies of public management, administrative authorities, public organizations, bodies of local public authority, and also from other legal subjects information necessary for accomplishment of the functions assigned to it, according to provisions of regulations;

3) to manage financial resources, to dispose, to use and exercise control of own property according to NBVPOS purposes;
