About approval of Regulations about authorization and the notification on communication between the central depositaries

Based on parts (9) and (12) Art. 41 of the Law on Single Central Securities Depository No. 234/2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 343-346, the Art. 711), with subsequent changes, the Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations about authorization and the notification on communication between the central depositaries it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective in month from the date of its publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.

3. According to the procedure of exception of provisions of Item 3 of the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 289/2024 "About approval of Regulations on monitoring of infrastructures of the financial market, payment schemes, mechanisms and tools" the Single Central Securities Depository which till 01.01.2026 submits the application for provision of permission to establishment of interoperable communication with other central depositary shall observe requirements of Items 99-105 of Regulations for monitoring of infrastructures of the financial market, payment schemes, mechanisms and tools approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 289/2024, as in case of filing of application on provision of permission to establishment of interoperable communication, and during the communication establishment period.
