In recent years in our country large-scale work on implementation and broad use of technologies of artificial intelligence, ensuring access and high-quality digital data, training of qualified personnel is carried out in the field of.
At the same time there is need of determination of concept of artificial intelligence at the level of the law, establishments of general rules of use of artificial intelligence during creation of information resources and in work of the information systems functioning on the basis of technologies of artificial intelligence, establishment of the administrative responsibility for illegal processing of personal data with use of technologies of artificial intelligence.
This Law to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About informatization" makes the additions and changes directed to establishment of general bases of use of technologies of artificial intelligence and refining of powers of competent state body in this sphere.
Also the addition providing establishment of the administrative responsibility for illegal processing of personal data with use of artificial intelligence is made to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility.
This Law will serve further development of technologies of artificial intelligence, establishment of general bases of use of technologies of artificial intelligence, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens in the relations arising in this sphere.
