About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2023 No. 32
Based on Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2025 "About construction of facilities of cellular communication" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 301
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2023 No. 32, the following changes:
in item 4:
after part one to add Item with part of the following content:
"Registration of materials on withdrawal of the parcels of land for construction and servicing of objects of cellular mobile telecommunication (including means and lines of telecommunication) (further - objects of cellular communication), the engineering and transport infrastructure necessary for ensuring their functioning (further - necessary infrastructure), is made along with performance of works on development of the project documentation and construction of facilities of cellular communication and necessary infrastructure on condition of compensation prior to the beginning of their construction of the actual size of losses and losses of agricultural and (or) forestry and landscape production (in case of their availability).";
in word part two "this case" shall be replaced with words "the cases determined in parts one and the second this Item";
third to state part in the following edition:
"Part one of this Item in which the possibility of withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land for construction and servicing of objects of transport and engineering infrastructure along with their construction is provided is not subject to application in cases of withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land with the real estate units located on them which are subject to demolition.";
