1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of carrying out monitoring and maintaining the list of public authorities and local government bodies into whom systems of energy management are entered (further - the list).

Carrying out monitoring and maintaining the list is performed by Gosenergoeffektivnosti for the purpose of collection, generalization and information analysis about condition of implementation and ensuring functioning of systems of energy management by public authorities, in particular the companies, organizations, the organizations relating to the sphere of their management and local government bodies (further - subjects of implementation of system of energy management).
