According to Article 13 parts (1) the item c) the Law No. 420/2006 on technical regulation (переопубликован in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 92-102, 125), with subsequent changes, Item 67 of the Regulations on interoperability of railway system approved by the Order of the Government No. 725/2024 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, to Art. No. 529-532, 955), I ORDER:

This order shifts the Executive decision of the Commission (EU) 2023/2584 of November 15, 2023 about the harmonized standards of compatibility of the railway systems developed in support of the Directive (EU) 2016/797 European parliament and Council, CELEX 32023D2584, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 2584 of November 21, 2023 with the last changes made by the Executive decision of the Commission (EU) 2025/424 of March 4, 2025.

1. Approve the List of the Moldavian standards accepting the harmonized European standards for ensuring compatibility of railway system it (is applied).

2. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the state secretary of the ministry responsible for transport industry.

3. This order is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and becomes effective on December 25, 2025.
