1. Approve the List of the active agents containing in biocidal products to which the simplified procedure of registration is applied it (is applied).
2. The list of active agents approved by the European commission and published on the website of the European agency on chemicals (European Chemicals Agency - ECHA) to recognize according to subitem 1) of item 2 of the Sanitary regulations about placement in the market and use of biocidal products approved by the Order of the Government No. 344/2020, and to place on the official web page of the National agency of public health.
3. To provide to the national agency of public health tracking of the changes made to the List of the active agents containing in the biocidal products included in appendix I of Regulations (EU) in No. 528/2012 of the European parliament and Council of May 22, 2012 about placement in the market and use of biocidal products and also to send to the address of the Ministry of Health of the offer on updating of the specified List.;
4. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
5. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
