No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, and Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1.1. Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on researches and developments, according to appendix No. 1;

1.2. Structure of the National agency on researches and developments, according to appendix No. 2.

2. Establish the extreme number of staff of the National agency on researches and developments in number of 34 units with the annual salary fund according to the legislation.

3. The order of the Government No. 196/2018 about the organization and functioning of the National agency for researches and developments (2018, Art. No. 68-76, 227), with subsequent changes, to declare the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova invalid.

4. In case of impossibility of its transfer to perform release of personnel according to the Law No. 158/2008 on the state position and the status of the government employee, the Law No. 80/2010 on the status of personnel of office of persons who are taking up responsible state positions and also the labor law.
