1. Approve:
The regulations on procedure for transfer of the commercial organizations under temporary external management (are applied);
The regulations on remuneration payment procedure to the managing director (are applied).
2. To the Ministry of Economics to perform coordination of activities of regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom concerning transfer of the commercial organizations under temporary external management.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2026 and is effective till December 31, 2028 inclusive.
