The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity of banks of umbilical blood, other fabrics and cells of the person according to the list approved by the Ministry of Health approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2016 No. 286 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, Art. 1185; 2024, No. 2, the Art. 45), the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity of banks of umbilical blood, other fabrics and cells of the person according to the list approved by the Ministry of Health

1. In item 4:

The paragraph third to state 1) in the following edition:

"the passport copy of the citizen of Ukraine of the head of the license applicant (or his authorized representative) with mark of monitoring body about availability of the right at it to make any payments on series and passport number of the citizen of Ukraine (moves only physical persons entrepreneurs who because of the religious beliefs refuse adoption of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer and reported about it to the relevant monitoring body);";

In paragraph four of the word "in paper form" shall be replaced with words 2) "by the personal address".
