Repeal the joint order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 3, 2024 No. 338, of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial monitoring of September 19, 2024 No. 300-HK, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 15, 2024 No. 696, of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 8, 2024 No. 361 "About approval of Rules of interaction on information transfer, the data and documents necessary for implementation of financial monitoring and counteraction to financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction".
3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the First Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial monitoring supervising questions of counteraction to distribution of weapons of mass destruction.
