Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of marking of caviar sturgeon and calves salmon (red caviar) by means of identification, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 29, 2023 No. 2028 "About approval of Rules of marking of caviar sturgeon and calves salmon (red caviar) means of identification and the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning caviar sturgeon and calves salmon (red caviar)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 49, by the station 8776).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

Changes which are made to Rules of marking of caviar sturgeon and calves salmon (red caviar) by means of identification

1. In Item 2:

in the paragraph the thirteenth the word "conversion" to exclude;

after the paragraph of the thirty fourth to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"conversion (processing)" - heat treatment (except freezing and chilling), smoking, conservation, maturing, the ambassador, drying, pickling, concoction, extraction, extrusion or combination of these processes;".
