About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. To fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation to perform till January 1, 2026 technological actions for setup and smooth operation of the state information system "Single Centralized Digital Platform in the Social Sphere" for the purpose of ensuring processes of appointment, rendering, efficiency evaluation of the government public assistance based on the social contract and monitoring of its rendering.

3. Recommend to the supreme executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation to provide since January 1, 2026 implementation of processes of appointment, rendering, efficiency evaluation of the government public assistance based on the social contract and monitoring of its rendering with use of the state information system "Single Centralized Digital Platform in the Social Sphere" or to provide integration of the information systems used for implementation of the specified processes with the state information system "Single Centralized Digital Platform in the Social Sphere" within 6 months after finishing pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation of formats of information exchange by Fund.

4. Declare invalid the paragraph third the subitem "v" of Item of 2 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2023 No. 2115 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 51, the Art. 9370).

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. "p) monthly payment to citizens whose residence as of August 6, 2024 was the territory of Kursk region in which are entered legal regime of counter-terrorist operation, emergency mode of federal nature and on which inhabitants the decision on temporary settling out, in connection with loss of property of prime necessity by them is made;

c) the one-time financial support given by employers to workers (parents, adoptive parents, guardians) in case of the birth (adoption, adoption) of the child, establishment of the guardianship over the child paid within the first year after the birth (adoption, adoption) the child, establishment of guardianship over the child, in the amount of the income, non-taxable (exempted from the taxation).".

Niob1m - the number of citizens of i-go of the subject of the Russian Federation from among the citizens specified in Item 1 of part 1 of article 8.1 of the Federal law "About the Government Public Assistance", who were trained or got additional professional education within implementation of the social contract on the action specified in the subitem "b" of Item 3 of these rules including the number of citizens of i-go of the subject of the Russian Federation from among the citizens specified in Item 1 of part 1 of article 8.1 of the Federal law "About the Government Public Assistance", who signed the social contract in year, prior year on which the subsidy is calculated, on which obligations will be fulfilled in year on which the subsidy is calculated;

Ciob - training course cost on one student (no more than 30000 rubles for training course);
