2. Approve electricity tariffs for the generation and transfer delivered by Open joint stock company of "Barka Tochik" and Shabakakhoi Intikol Bark Open joint stock company for Shabakakhoi Taksimot Bark Open joint stock company (appendix 2).

3. Approve rates for the heat energy transferred by Open joint stock company of "Barka Tochik" to consumers (appendix 3).

4. To anti-monopoly service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, in case of change of average size of the electricity tariff, adoption of the corresponding order to determine adjustment coefficient to electricity tariffs according to which Opened joint-stock company of "Barka Tochik" and Shabakakhoi Intikol Bark Open joint stock company render services to Shabakakhoi Taksimot Bark Open joint stock company.

5. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 11, 2025 No. 165 "About rates for electrical and heat energy".

6. Enact this resolution since February 1, 2026.
