About the Development program of electric utility sector for 2026-2030

1. Approve the Development program of electric utility sector for 2026-2030 and the Actions plan on program implementation of development of electric utility sector for 2026-2030 (appendices 1 and 2).
2. To the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan and other relevant ministries and departments within annually allocated budgetary funds and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan to take necessary measures for implementation of this Program and its Actions plan.
3. To the ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of areas, cities and areas to take adequate measures on implementation of this Program and its Actions plan and about results annually till January 1 to provide information in the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. To the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan annually till February 1 to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan information on the course of implementation of this Program and its Actions plan.
