1. Approve the Procedure for use of control and cash devices it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to take necessary measures for acquisition of control and cash devices in real time (online) and systems of virtual cash desks when carrying out cash calculations with the population due to attraction of grant means of partners in development, technical assistance and at the expense of other financial sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

3. To the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- provide control of observance of requirements of this Procedure by the operator of fiscal data and business entities;

- for the purpose of fulfillment of requirements of this Procedure, in accordance with the established procedure to review terms of the contract on rendering services with the operator of fiscal data;

- regularly and timely to provide the operator of fiscal data with control and cash devices.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 9, 2021 No. 432 "About procedure for use of control and cash devices".
