About introduction of amendments to the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 563-O/2023 on approval of the Technical rules concerning requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration

1. The technical regulations concerning requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration, approved by the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 563-O/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, No. 527-531, Art. 1324), to change as follows:
1.1. In Chapter II, letter A,
In column 8: The receiver to add with the new paragraph of the following content:
"When declaring unplanned exchanges of the electric power it is necessary to specify the name and complete address of the service provider according to the Service provision agreement on drawing of accounts for the FSKAR platform".
