1. In appendix No. 16 to the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 563-O/2023 on approval of the Technical rules concerning requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, No. 527-531, of the Art. 1324), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

During the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027 inclusive, for the vehicles classified by customs line item 8703, imported on the territory of the Republic of Moldova till July 1, 2025, inclusive and declared by action, stay term in customs regime of temporary import on which customs area of the Republic of Moldova expired and which were destroyed or sold in parts (the fact confirmed by documentary evidences or own statement of person) at the request of person which imported the corresponding vehicle on customs area of the Republic of Moldova, the customs regime of temporary import can be closed for one-time payment in the amount of 40 000 leu for each vehicle, with execution of the receipt on payment of import/export duties, without issue of customs papers for their registration in the Agency of the state services. The lump sum payment in the amount of 40 000 leu will be levied by code 028 - "Excise". |
2. To management of development and information security to enter necessary changes into the information system "Asycuda World", and also to send the information message about implementation of the corresponding changes provided by this order.
3. To confer responsibility for execution of this order on heads of customs bureaus.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on Department of the income and customs control.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing and is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
