Bring in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2014, No. 24, Art. 735; 2021, No. 1, Art. 46; 2024, No. 108, Art. 6877; 2025, No. 75, the Art. 5136), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Item 1 § 28-4:

1) the second offer of paragraph two to state in the following edition: "Such draft of the act Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers returns to the chief developer for ensuring execution of the decision of government committee.";

2) to add Item with paragraphs of the following content:

"If the chief builder cannot execute the decision of government committee on reasonable grounds, the head of the body which is the main builder or person who replaces it addresses to the Cabinet of Ministers with the reasonable offer on consideration of condition of execution of the decision of government committee at cabinet meeting for the purpose of decision making about further actions under the bill.

The specified question joins in the draft of the agenda of the regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.".
