1. Approve Regulations on the information document on insurance product it (is applied).
2. Before entry into force of this resolution the insurance companies and intermediaries in insurance will take necessary measures for reduction of the activities in compliance with part provisions (1) and parts (2) article 89-1 of the Law on insurance and reinsurance activity No. 92/2022.
3. The national commission on the financial market will develop as the recommendation the information document on the insurance product relating to agreements of compulsory insurance of internal and external motor vehicle liability within two months from the date of publication of this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective 25.06.2026 and voids from the date of the entry of the Republic of Moldova into the European Union.
