The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules for apportionment between participants of foreign trade activity of amounts of the tariff quotas established for 2026 by the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 26, 2025 No. 110 "About establishment for 2026 - 2027 of amounts of the tariff quotas concerning the separate types of the goods coming from the Islamic Republic of Iran and imported in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union".

2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation within 10 working days from the date of entry into force of this resolution:

c) post on the official site of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on the Internet and provide data on the amounts of the tariff quotas distributed according to subitems "an" and "b" of this Item between participants of foreign trade activity to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

3. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to perform during the period from 13th working day from the date of entry into force of this resolution till December 31, 2026 issue to participants of foreign trade activity of import licenses of meat of dunghill hens, potatoes, tomatoes fresh or cooled, cabbage, carrots, beet, cucumbers, apples, tomatoes prepared or preserved, coming from the Islamic Republic of Iran within amounts of the tariff quotas distributed according to subitems "an" and "b" of Item 2 of this resolution.

4. The decision on issue of licenses, the stipulated in Item 3 presents of the resolution, or on refusal in their issue is accepted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation within 5 working days from the date of giving in accordance with the established procedure by the participant of foreign trade activity of the corresponding statement.

Effective period of the specified licenses is established from the date of their issue till December 31, 2026.

5. To the Federal Customs Service:

a) provide to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation:

in 2-day time from the date of entry into force of this resolution:

the list of the participants of foreign trade activity importing potatoes, tomatoes into the Russian Federation fresh or cooled, the cabbage, carrots, beet, cucumbers, apples coming from the Islamic Republic of Iran, from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025 according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption, with indication of amounts of import of potatoes, tomatoes by them fresh or cooled, cabbage, carrots, beet, cucumbers, apples (in kilograms);

the list of the participants of foreign trade activity importing into the Russian Federation the meat of dunghill hens, tomatoes prepared or preserved, coming from the states, not being members of the Commonwealth of Independent States or members of the Eurasian Economic Union, from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025 according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption, with indication of amounts of import by them of meat of the dunghill hens, tomatoes prepared or preserved (in kilograms);

till November 15, 2026:

the list of the participants of foreign trade activity importing meat of dunghill hens, potatoes, tomatoes into the Russian Federation fresh or cooled, the cabbage, carrots, beet, cucumbers, apples, tomatoes prepared or preserved, coming from the Islamic Republic of Iran, from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2026 according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption, with indication of amounts of import of meat of dunghill hens, potatoes, tomatoes by them fresh or cooled, cabbage, carrots, beet, cucumbers, apples, tomatoes prepared or preserved (in kilograms);

the list of the participants of foreign trade activity importing into the Russian Federation the meat of dunghill hens, tomatoes prepared or preserved, coming from the states, not being members of the Commonwealth of Independent States or members of the Eurasian Economic Union, from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2026 according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption, with indication of amounts of import by them of meat of the dunghill hens, tomatoes prepared or preserved (in kilograms);

b) represent to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation not later than in 39 calendar days after the termination of each month under report (starting with the report for January, 2026) data on amounts of meat of dunghill hens, potatoes, tomatoes fresh or cooled, cabbage, carrots, beet, cucumbers, apples, tomatoes prepared or preserved, coming from the Islamic Republic of Iran, imported into the Russian Federation within amounts of the tariff quotas specified in subitems "an" and "b" of Item 2 of this resolution in month under report and the accruing result since the beginning of year.

If the amount of the tariff quota determined to the participant of foreign trade activity specified in paragraph one of Item 2 or (and) paragraph one of Item 3 of these rules, will have fractional units, such amount is rounded to entire quantity by rules of rounding within the established amount of the tariff quota.
