1. Bring in Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on procurement and testing of donor blood and components of blood irrespective of their final purpose, conversion, storage, distribution and realization of donor blood and components of blood intended for transfusion, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 30, 2024 No. 621 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 54, the Art. 3196), changes which are applied.
2. Determine that licensees file to body of licensing the documents specified in subitems 2, 3 Items 6 of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on procurement and testing of donor blood and components of blood irrespective of their final purpose, conversion, storage, distribution and realization of donor blood and components of blood intended for transfusion, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 30, 2024 No. 621, taking into account changes, approved by this resolution not later than within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.
