1. Carry out from February 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027 pilot project on creation and implementation of trading floors for purchase and sale of electrical energy (capacity) on wholesale and the retail markets of electrical energy (capacity) in subjects of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
2. Approve enclosed:
changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with carrying out pilot project on creation and implementation of trading floors for purchase and sale of electrical energy (capacity) on wholesale and the retail markets of electrical energy (capacity).
3. To provide to the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation till March 31, 2028 the report to the Government of the Russian Federation on results of pilot project on creation and implementation of trading floors for purchase and sale of electrical energy (capacity) on wholesale and the retail markets of electrical energy (capacity).
4. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2026.
