1. Approve Regulations on the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 11, 2003 No. 771;

2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of transformation of system of regulation of the market of precious metals and gemstones" of January 16, 2017 No. 19.

3. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
