About redistribution of some expenses of the government budget provided to the State agency of recovery and development of infrastructure for 2025

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. According to part eight of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine to perform within the total amount of the budget settings provided to the State agency of recovery and development of infrastructure for 2025 in the general fund of the government budget, expense reallocation of the government budget in the way:

reduction of amount of expenses of consumption according to the program 3111030 "Accomplishment of debt obligations on the borrowings involved with the state or under the state guarantees for development of highway network public" for 2600000 thousand hryvnias;

increase in amount of expenses according to the program 3111020 "Development of network and content of highways public" for 2600000 thousand hryvnias (from them consumption expenses - 1557, 38 thousand hryvnias, development expenses - 2598442, 62 thousand hryvnias).

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. To the Ministry of Finance taking into account offers of the State agency of recovery and development of infrastructure to provide introduction in accordance with the established procedure of corresponding changes in list of the government budget.

The means of special fund of the government budget created by balance which source was income of the government budget determined by Item of 1 part two of Article 24-2 of the Budget code of Ukraine, received in previous years and not used in 2024 (except for balance on the subvention provided according to Item 2 part three of Article 24-2 and Article 103-1 of the Budget code of Ukraine which are stored on accounts of the corresponding local budgets and are used in 2025 taking into account the expected purpose of subvention, and also remaining balance of the means determined by Items 7 and 8 of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About the government budget of Ukraine for 2025".
