About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning settlement of single questions in the field of electronic communications

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About access to construction objects, transport, power industry for the purpose of development of electronic communication networks" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 11, Art. 101 with the following changes):

Article 6 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 6. Powers of the central executive body in spheres of electronic communications and radio-frequency range

1. The central executive body in spheres of electronic communications and radio-frequency range approves Rules of provision of access to infrastructure of house distribution network, the Rule of provision of access to infrastructure of construction object, the Rule of provision of access to infrastructure of power generation facility, the Rule of provision of access to infrastructure of the cable sewerage of electronic communication networks, Rules of provision of access to transport object infrastructure";

2) in the text of the law the word "telecommunication" in all cases shall be replaced with words "electronic communication networks" in the corresponding case.

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications" of December 16, 2020 No. 1089-IX with the following changes:

1) in Article 2 part one:

add with Item 12-1 of the following content:

"12-1) measurement of parameters of quality of electronic communication services (measurement) - process of technical research and quantitative quality evaluation of connections, challenges, data transmission by means of special test information packets or active technical devices (sensors, engineering devices)";
