1) when processing personal data of physical persons connection to the state service of access control to personal data (further – the KDP service) by means of application in "Smart Bridge";
2) when rendering the state service "Permission to Special Water Use" within pilot project receipt of consent of the subject of personal data or his legal representative by means of the KDP service according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About personal data and their protection";
3) fixing and preserving all necessary historical data, and also filling by historical data of the state electronic register of permissions and notifications.
