2. To owners of the systems of artificial intelligence applied in the Kyrgyz Republic irrespective of forms of business, departmental accessory and patterns of ownership prior to application and commissioning of such systems:

1) to provide obligatory confirmation of conformity of the systems of artificial intelligence of the increased danger to the mandatory requirements established by the Digital code of the Kyrgyz Republic by adoption of the declaration of conformity according to the form approved by this order;

To place 2) (to publish) the declaration of conformity of systems of artificial intelligence of the increased danger to the mandatory requirements established by the Digital code of the Kyrgyz Republic on the websites on the Internet in the form of the digital document signed by the qualified digital signature in the form of public digital record without access restriction.

3. This order becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of entry into force of the Digital code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
