2. Transfer complete property complexes of the state company "Multimedia Platform of Broadcasting to Foreign Countries of Ukraine" (code according to EGRPOU 40235671), the Ukrainian national news agency "Ukrinform" (code according to EGRPOU 00015332) and public institution "The center of strategic communications and information security" (code according to EGRPOU 26314291) from the sphere of management of the Ministry of Culture to the sphere of management of the State committee of television and broadcasting.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Culture and the State committee of television and broadcasting in two-month time preparation and representation to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of offers on entering into acts of the legislation of the changes following from this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item 2 of the resolution, Items 1, of 2, of 5, of paragraphs two - the fourth, seventh subitem 2 Items 6, of Item 8, of paragraphs of the fifth - the nineteenth subitem 2 Items of 9 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2026.
