About approval of Changes in Rules about safety of supply of natural gas
(In edition of the Order of the Department of Energy of Ukraine of 24.10.2025 No. 426)
According to part three of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market", I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Rules about safety of supply of natural gas approved by the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of November 02, 2015 No. 686, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 30, 2015 at No. 1489/27934, which are applied.
2. To provide to management of oil and gas complex and market development of oil, natural gas and oil products submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of KOLESNIKA Nikolay.
