About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning copyright and the related rights

1. Approve the list of some orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made (further – the List), according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for Item 1 of the List which becomes effective since January 1, 2027.

1. In the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2020 No. 105 "About approval of Rules of rendering the state service "Accreditation of the Organizations Managing Property Rights on Collective Basis" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 20153), to make the following changes:

state Item 1 in the following edition:
