The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of the medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 929 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 99, Art. 3217; 2025, No. 11, the Art. 881), the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.

1. Add Licensed conditions with Item 167-1 of the following content:
"167-1. In pharmaceutical institutions which are placed in premises of treatment and prevention facilities of the state and/or utility pattern of ownership trade only is allowed:
medicines which are included in the National price catalog calculate the marginal selling (retail) price of which does not exceed three most economic (lowest) unit prices of medicine among the medicines which are available in the National price catalog with similar composition and dosage of active ingredients and form of release;
