About approval of Changes in Rules of work of banks in connection with introduction in Ukraine of warlike situation
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 56, 58 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 44, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation", for the purpose of assistance of safety and banking system stability, prevention of the crisis phenomena during introduction of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:
1. Approve Changes in Rules of work of the banks in connection with introduction in Ukraine of warlike situation approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 25, 2022 No. 23 (with the enclosed changes).
2. To department of methodology of regulation of activities of banks (Oksana Prisyazhenko) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
